Cabbage-White butterfly

A dead cabbage-white butterfly I found in woodland in Sibiu, Romania. I didn't know that the wing colour came from pigmented scales, which began to come off as a light dust when I picked it up. The marks can be seen on the tip of the left fore-wing.
